TruckX ELD Review

Never recommend anyone to get their service, from last one year we have issue and their team giving us same answer but not resolved and taking out money each month from account .
Worst company and worst service. ELD never work properly . Think 3 times before get their service

*****WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE*****
These people are from Pune India and that’s where all the calls are routed to! The tablet reverted back to the factory settings after i got a message from google saying that google software was not compatible with the device. They want let me return the tablet for a new one or give me my money back! So i filed a fraud complaint with my bank and FMCSA for violating FTC Rules & Regulations.

Bad product always have some issue especially it staying connected

ELD FAILS AND THEY DO NOTHING TO SUPPORT THE ISSUE. IN THE END CAUSING THOUSANDS IN INSURANCE COST, THOUSAND IN FREIGHT LOST, OUT OF SERVICE TIME AND THEY ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR FAULTY CRAP EQUIPMENT!!!!! YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

Worst experience i sold one my truck 7 months ago and informed them but they are still charging for that and i got logbook Tickets because of false Reading of Odometer now i want to switch they are charging me till October I’m not getting if we dont use Service then why 10 months extra for sold truck and 3 months extra for 2 more trucks
And no body all this thing when I bought this they are here to just loot people

TruckX is really good for owner operator. Easy to use and understand . Also easy for DOT officials to read and understand. Been thru inspections no problem. 100 percent I will recommend . A+

been using for 2 years, good product no issues

I have used TruckX for 2 years and now I called them to cancel the service but they charged my credit card for $540. When I called them to cancel the service, they said they will do the refund. But after one month they didn’t give any refund. I asked them, if they don’t want to give me refund, send me my devices back, so that I can use it for one year. They refused to send the devices too. They are fraud. Don’t use TruckX ELD

I did not like there eld. And I was promised that for any reason I do not like it that they would return my money back but they didn’t.

I talked to Parminder Singh, he’s a very nice guy and very good service.  He handled all my  the problems I had, and helped clear a violation in my book. I love the way he works and a great company to work with. Thank you so much

No one likes disclaimers, but I feel I need to for this review. You see, in order to truly put an ELD through its paces, you need to have both the software and the hardware plug-in device. Without the plug-in device, the software can’t tell when the truck is moving that’s where truckx guys doing for us

We are using TruckX bluetooth eld for a couple of years now. It worked really well for us. Now that they have dashacm and trackers we have upgraded to their hardwired tablet eld with trackers and considering their dashcam.
It works really well for my drivers. We have around 75 trucks and 120 trailers. Am happy with my purchase
